Biobank genomics

Run GWAS and build polygenic risk scores on a large biobank, with the clinical data in the same place.

How it works

1. Build the cohort from the biobank's clinical records, including whether genomic data is available for each participant.

2. Add genotypes and polygenic risk scores to the dataset, from array, exome or genome data.

3. Run a GWAS with quality control, or test risk scores and genotypes with the statistics and machine learning modules.
