Hospital outcomes research

Turn your hospital's OMOP data into an outcome study: cohort, Table 1, regression and survival analysis, without code.

How it works

1. Connect your OMOP CDM 5.3 or 5.4 database.

2. Define the cohort with inclusion and exclusion criteria, index dates and time windows, and export the participant flow diagram.

3. Build the dataset with the variables, comorbidity indices and clinical scores you need, and clean it point and click.

4. Describe the cohort in a Table 1, compare groups, and model outcomes with logistic regression, Kaplan-Meier curves and Cox regression. Export the tables and figures for the paper.
